JON STEWART EXPOSES FOX NEWS HYPOCRISY THROUGH SONG
As we all know already Fox “news” isn’t news but only a cheer leading team for the Republican party . Just like we also know MSNBC leans to the left . Now before you go saying there is no difference, I beg to differ . No one from MSNBC isn’t claiming they are not left leaning . Has anyone from Fox talking heads made that same omission ? Or do they still pretend they are “fair and Balanced” ? Secondly, MSNBC has a 3 hour show with a Republican named Joe Scarborough, does Fox have a 3 hour Democrat show ? Fox has promoted Tea Party rallies and fund raised for Republicans . Has anyone of the talking heads at MSNBC done so ? No they haven’t . Anyways, Jon Stewart exposes this hypocrisy from Fixed news, in a very funny way .

@dudesonman4200 American ignorance is not regional. Fox has actual reporting on their local stations. I don’t watch MSNBC except for Rachel Maddow and Keith Olberman. They might occassionally say something i agree with but they sensationalize just as much as O’reilly and Beck. It’s part of the 2 party divide and conquer system. The midwest votes for the fascist with an R and the coasts vote for the the fascist with a D. I take The Daily Show and Colbert Report seriously, noone else is reporting.

Stewarts show obviously has more honesty and credibility than fox and certain times at msnbc, but people dont take it seriously because it doesnt present itself with seriousness. The problem is that a lot of people, mainly in the midwest, are too stupid to see how dumb fox and msnbc, (mainly fox) really is. They see the suits and the slick rhetoric, along with the formal sounding names, and are sold.

Really? Care to give some examples please? & for the record, I’m aware of TWO instances that he used the “comedian card”, this was over 6 years ago on crossfire and on BillO’s show talking about how Stewart had Kerry on and didn’t ask him “hard questions”. I didn’t watch Stewart 6 years ago so I don’t know what his show was like then, but no one can say he doesn’t ask dems hard questions now.
The perspective you’ll never hear is whether FOX will ever drop the tag line of being “fair and balanced.” Imagine if the TDS didn’t have FOX as their lackey? Imagine if they had to admit they haven’t been “fair and balanced”? The TDS is actually more fair and balanced, as this skit points out, since no one, in their right mind could be strictly liberal or conservative on every single point. How balanced would that be?

john stewart should be taken semi-seriously. What he says does hold truth more often than not, but his commentary is nothing but commentary. Stewarts show inspires thought, but it is not obviously not a legitimate news show. That is to say, his show shouldnt always sway people to vote a certain way or take a certain side. It might inspire people to think a certain way which will lead to voting a certain way, but that is as direct as it should and does become.

Is Stewart a political hack? JS is hilarious at times, but anyone solely depending on his political commentary to understand what is happening in the world is out of their minds. As soon as a guest puts him against the wall, he pulls out the “comedian” card, and claims that he shouldnt be taken seriously. Hilarious, but a hack indeed.
